Hotel Options

Finding a hotel will not be difficult, as the meeting hall will be right there at the Hampton Inn! Staying there is up to you, or driving from home, renting a room at another hotel, or finding anAirB&B near the beach might be an option!

Schedule Ideas

Starting the 11th through the 14th, speakers Pr. Allen Stump, Bobby Shelton, Pr. Daniel Mesa, Pr. Martin Barlow, & Rob Chisum will present messages aimed to prepare us all for the soon coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The meetings begin Wednesday evening at 7pm, and will be starting again the next mornings (9-10:30 and 11-12:30) until the last evenings (4-5:30 and 7-8:30) until the 14th. Come and enjoy fellowship with other Bible believing Christians!

On Friday afternoon there will be a baptism after a picnic lunch (Walmart is across the street from the hotel, and there is a vegan-option-available restaurant that will be stopped at too, if you’re interested). Details will be explained further at the meeting hall in the hotel.

All of the scheduled times will enable people opportunities for personal devotions in the mornings, QnA after each meeting if desired, and a benefit of extra fellowship time if the meetings are shorter. There will be a bit of time for fellowship between meetings, with time to site see, pray, meetings in small groups, beach walks, etc, in the afternoons before the evening meetings.

Travel

If you will need a ride to and from the airport (either Marina or San Jose), please send a message before hand so we can be prepared to pick you up! 

Also, bring walking shoes and modest outdoor wear, as we will be near the beach. It should be a beautiful time!

Food

The hotel provides a basic breakfast, and there is talk of some of the ladies preparing food for Thursday and Friday evenings (your food contribution would be appreciated) and a fellowship meal during the Sabbath hours (Saturday). Bring your own food otherwise, and the hotel rooms have refrigerators, so plan to bring a little extra.
